4. Your Obligations
4.1 You agree that You will not, in respect of the Website, use any information other than your own personal information when ordering goods or registering for competitions.
4.2 All goods ordered must be pre-paid.
4.3 You are liable for all transport delivery costs on goods which You have ordered.
4.4 If certain goods ordered by You should prove to be the wrong size or not what You expected, but are in no way damaged or faulty, and You wish to exchange them, You will be liable for any transport costs in returning the goods to Us.
4.5 You agree that You will only use the Website in a manner that is consistent with these Terms and in such a way as to ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations (including without limitation, Your local law).
5. Our Obligations to You and Limitations on Liability
5.1 We ensure that You receive the goods You have ordered in the quickest possible time.
5.2 If the goods You order should fail to comply with what You receive or if they arrive damaged, We will ship You the correct goods at our cost, after receiving your return shipment. We do not accept liability for the costs of returning goods ordered by you, which are in no way damaged or faulty.
5.3 We accept no responsibility for death or personal injury occurring when using or wearing any product purchased from Us. We refute all liability for any claims, losses, demands and damages arising directly or indirectly out of death or personal injury in any way connected with the products available on the Website.
5.4 We may provide links to other Websites or resources. We do not accept responsibility for the content of such Websites and do not and cannot be deemed to have endorsed aforesaid content. You undertake that You will not involve Us in any dispute between Yourself and any other Website.
5.5 We will at all times comply with Our privacy policy (see below).
6. Our Rights
We reserve the right to:
6.1 Decline any application from You to purchase goods from the Website or to register for competitions in Our sole discretion.
6.2 Modify or withdraw, temporarily or permanently, the Website (or any part thereof) with or without notice to You.
6.3 Most Camaro products we sell carry a descrete hotwater.cc logo in white.
